1. Arrange your collection
Use our website or app to book your collection and delivery slot. Pay with ease with your debit/credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
2. Pack your washing
Collect your washing from around the house and place in a disposable bags. If you’ve selected multiple services, please separate bags.
3. Wait for your collection
On the day of collection we’ll send you a collection time. This will be a 2-hour window and we ask that you wait in or place your washing in the designated safe place.
4. Spend time doing the things you love
Whilst we take care of your washing, enjoy some time with family or friends! We’ll notify you of your delivery slot which you can alter if you’re not going to be home.

Unlike our competitors, we do everything in house. This means that your clothes are carefully transported and cleaned by an experienced Laundry24 member of staff. You’ll know exactly which store your laundry is being transported to, and if you have any questions you can speak directly to your local store!
Never. Each order is independently managed and cleaned for hygiene and peace of mind. Your laundry is safe in our hands.
We aim to complete and return all orders within 48-hours. If you need something cleaning urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
